This program advances civic leadership in New York City by supporting mid-career urban leaders in an intensive nine-month course of study, research, and reflection at Columbia University. Each year, as many as 10 fellows are selected for their intellectual interest, leadership abilities, and capacity to benefit from the University’s resources. Successful candidates come from city-based nonprofits, governmental agencies, local grassroots groups, and community-based organizations.

This program is administered through Columbia University. For more information, please visit the program's Web site.
